Mitchell, Jerome, B/M, DOB: 08/19/99
Residence: 4352 Barth (St. Louis County)
Relative to a Burglary 1st Degree and Assault 4th Degree, which occurred at 2340 Menard, documented per complaint number 18-040506. A full confession was obtained. During the confession, Jerome Mitchell advised us he had also committed 5 Strong Armed Robberies in the Soulard neighborhood and several Thefts of Property in the Soulard Neighborhood at B-Works Bicycle Company.
Mitchell was additionally booked on (3) Robberies per the following complaint numbers:
Robbery 2nd, 912 Emit, CN# 18-33773
Robbery 2nd, 2100 Menard, CN# 18-38659
Robbery 2nd, 1900 Sidney, CN# 18-10986
During the interview several accomplices were also identified, they are as follows:
Dozier, Demarquez, B/M, DOB: 5/4/01
Residence: 3243 Oregon
Dozier was implicated in (5) Strong Arm Robberies, (1) Burglary 1st, (1) Burglary 2nd, (2) Theft of Properly (B-Works) and (1) Assault 4th All incidents in Soulard neighborhood.
Dozier is currently in custody for a Robbery 1st/Car Jacking which occurred at 1100 Geyer, handled by Det. Martorano. He currently on a $80,000 Cash only Bond.
Ratliff, Travon, B/M, DOB: 2/28/95
Residence: 3243 Oregon
Ratliff is implicated in (1) Burglary 1st, (1) Burglary 2nd, (2) Theft of Properly (B-Works) and (1) Assault 4th.
Relative to the carjacking from S.10th and Geyer. (Uber Eats vehicle) … both subjects have been identified and arrested.
Brandon Bradley, B/M, 9/22/96, residing at 3009 Iowa.
Terryon St John, B/M, 10/2/97, residing at 1409 Hickory.
St John was arrested last night driving the silver Impala used in the carjacking.
